NOTE for wearing . . . Make sure you know how to adjust isABelt. There are instructions inside and on the back of the box and also on the website. It DOES NOT adjust like a bra strap. Also please make certain that the isABelt is NOT too tight. It should be a subtle “nip and tuck” for your bottoms. Finally, if possible bring the isABelt to BELOW the waistband or to the base all the way around and notch under the front button.

I learned that they are available at a BUNCH of places on Long Island that sell them ( which is where my parents live) but none near me in Rochester
