Cooking Up Freebies: Midland, MI Be a Tourist in Your Town (10/03-04/09)
October¬†3rd and 4th are Midland’s annual Be a Tourist in Your Town days. I can’t tell you how much fun we have those two days! These two special days are set aside so you can see the ins and outs of Midland, Michigan. Whether you’ve lived here for years or just moved here, there’s something for everyone. Explore behind-the-scenes at places you’d probably never get to go, taste treats from local businesses, pick up freebies along the way, and support Midland, MI with a day of fun.
We’ve gotten to take a back stage tour at Midland Center for the Arts, go through the locker room and box offices at the Dow Diamond Loons Stadium, get free pumpkins and rides at Grandma’s Pumpkin Patch, get more free pumpkins and food samples at the Saginaw Circle area, free swimming at Holiday Inn, free ice skating at the Midland Civic Arena, and so much more!
