The Tip Jar: Have trouble sleeping?

Do you have trouble getting to sleep at night or staying asleep during the night? Want a natural alternative to sleep pills?

Try one cup of warm milk (I microwave mine for 1 1/2 min.). Add 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir and enjoy a good night’s rest! It really does work–take it from a gal whose mind will not stop sometimes! Find out more HERE.
