The Winning Dish: I Need Your Help, Please!
I don’t normally do this but for once I’m not having a giveaway, I’m asking for your help in winning a giveaway. Ile de France Gourmet Cheeses is having a Bash for Cash Appetizer Recipe Contest and I’ve entered. Thanks to Ile de France‘s offer to bloggers, I was able to receive a cheese of my choice to enter. I chose the Brie Cheese and made a pastry-covered brie with candied pecans and jalepeno pepper jelly. At this stage in the competition, entries will be narrowed down by votes which is kind of a bummer because it’s more of a popularity contest vs. skill and presentation of the recipe.

With $1,000 going to the winner and other great prizes to be delivered, be sure to choose wisely! There are truly divine recipes included in our bash for cash contest, so be sure to try some out over the next few weeks and throughout the year as well!
